Cavity number: 1*4, 1*6, 1*8, 1*12 and etc. (biggest number is 1*96)

Mould cycle time: Based on cap design. (Mostly 12-15 seconds per cycle, we reached 10 seconds per cycle before.)

Quality guarantee: 

1. For the cap pull/push action and the joint action between the cap and the bottle, we will test by ourselves at first. 

2. After the tests meet our standard, we will send videos to customer. If needed, we would send the samples to customer and cover the freight.

3. Before delivery Each mould will have at least 2 times QC tests.
