The working mode of the burner is that it can stay at any point within the working range of the burner, and the output of the burner is balanced with the heating requirement of the system at any time. The temperature or pressure control of the heated object has been stabilized within a very close range of the required setpoint. Changes in burner output power are controlled by a PID electronic output regulator.


DS/M BLU NOX≤80mg or less

The DS/M BLU series burners have an output range of 44 - 2400 kW and are suitable for medium and low temperature hot water boilers, hot water or steam boilers, and heat transfer oil furnaces. The burner is in the "smooth two-stage fire" operation mode, and a PID ratio regulator and corresponding probe can also be installed to realize the "proportional adjustment" operation mode. DS/M BLU series burners ensure efficient system operation in a variety of applications, reducing fuel consumption and operating costs. The unique design of the burner reduces the size of the equipment, making it easy to use and maintain. The specially designed air duct circuit and the use of sound-absorbing materials greatly reduce noise emissions.



The powder metallurgy range covers the ignition range from 870 to 4885 kW. The operation is characterized by progressive two-stage operation or full proportional with an advanced proportional control system. Gas powder metallurgy series burners are very suitable for use in high temperature environments, and their metal plate structure increases the service life of the equipment!



The DS310-410-800/M BLU burner is characterized by its monolithic structure, which means that all necessary components are combined in one unit, making installation easier and faster. Burners range from 500 to 8100 dry watts, and they are designed for use in hot water boilers or industrial steam generators. Operation can be "two-stage progressive" or optionally "modulated" with a PID logic regulator installed or via an external 4-20mA/0-10V signal. Adjusted mechanical cam mechanism allows capture to improve high modulation ratios in all firing rate ranges. Therefore, the burner can precisely supply the required power, ensure high efficiency system level and stability settings, obtain fuel consumption and reduce operating costs, the combustion head, through advanced simulation design equipment, guaranteed to reduce pollution emissions (NOx < 80 mg / kilowatt hours).
